Charles Schwab: Modification of the annual reconstitution date of the Schwab 1000® index

WESTLAKE, Texas – Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. announces that effective September 1, 2021, the annual index rebuild date for the Schwab 1000 Index® (the “Index”) has been changed to effective every year after the market closes on the third Friday in September. As such, the next annual Index reconstitution should take effect after the close of the market on Friday September 17, 2021. Prior to this change, the annual Index reconstitution of the Index took place every year after the market close. the first Wednesday in February.
